Hurray for Uncle Sam - we got a tax refund this year! I've been dreaming of getting a piece from an artist friend, Lisa Hopkins. She makes the most gorgeous jewelry! While cruising her Etsy shop I found these darling necklaces that would make beauuutiful bridesmaids gifts.
